I know the organisation of the event requires a huge amount of work and preparation so thank you again. It was really appreciated by myself and my friends who all had a really great day.

Splendid event and a fantastic environment for it (and you managed excellent weather!). Your organisation was incredible, everything thought of and available in huge quantities; gallons of water out there, and lots of food at the finish.

I had a very slow run due to a pre race illness but didn't mind as it gave me an excuse to have even more time on the lovely course and to chat to some of my fellow participants along the way. will have to come back next year to bury the demons!

The Connemarathon has always attracted a wide international following and looking at 2011 entries so far people are making the trip to the West of Ireland from across the globe once again.
Countries represented so far include Slovakia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, UK, Canada and USA, including Oregon, California, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Illinois, Pennsylvania. While, unusually there are entries this year from The United Arab Emirates and China.
And we apologise wholeheartedly for not mentioning the group of Pasadena Pacers who are also taking on the 'Hell of the West'. :-)
